Okay, so the Temptations movie was on when I got in from Salt Lake City. Love the movie and the music. My favorite scene is David Ruffin (Leon) in his apartment singing, "Ain't to Proud to Beg." Even though that would seem fitting, the DJ had no choice but to send out the Temptation classic, "Can't Get Next to You."
I can turn the grayest sky blue. I can make it rain whenever I want it to. Oh, I can build a castle from a single grain of sand. I can make a ship sail on dry land. But, my life is incomplete and I'm so blue because I can't get next to you.
